  1. I have had no luck in opening the PDFs and the Visio .vsdm files (examples) above. Can you please check the right format of the files are associated with the links? Thanks.

    1. Hi Scott, I am between jobs right now and don’t have access to Visio until Sep 1, so I cannot check Visio content. Most of the example PDF files seem to download just fine on my computer

      1. I get the Acrobat ‘could not open:’ and “because it is either not a supported file type or because the file is damaged…” on all PDF samples… all 10 files – both PDFs and the .vsdm files…

      2. Weird, I can download the files from dropbox and open them with either browser (chrome with win10) or adobe reader XI. Obviously for vdsm files you need Visio or Visio Viewer.
